The First Line Customers Help Desk is vital to support the growing population of EPOS Group equipment and software in the field.

The role of Support Desk engineer is a tough one. Very much like a goalkeeper in a football team, they are often criticised when a goal is conceded but rarely praised when the team wins.

At EPOS Group our team deserves that praise and the opportunity for our customers to know them a little better.


Kate Beatty - Support Co-ordinator
Kate is responsible for scheduling First Line calls and route planning the site visits for the three field engineers who support the First Line team.


Richard Robins - Senior Engineer
Richard, who is a Microsoft - certified engineer, has been with the team for three years now and has a broad base of experience.


Ian Bradshaw - Senior Engineer
Ian, who came from our credit card processing partner Commidea has four years experience on credit cards and EPOS systems.


Chris Bailey - Junior Engineer
Chris has been with the company for over a year now as a junior engineer and has excellent potential.
