| With help and guidance from Oxford Hotels & Inns, EPOS Group have added an Integrated Weekly Business Done sheet into their POSMaster stock control system.
Oxford were looking to increase revenue control on a site by site level and to replace their existing manual business done sheet. The Electronic Weekly Return, designed and written by the EPOS Group Development Team, automatically posts daily group sales and revenue into the weekly sheet, allowing the unit manager to control takings, banking and petty cash expenditure.
The Weekly Return forces a financial balance and posts the weekly financials electronically to Oxford’s head office in Dartford where it is posted automatically into the financial accounting system.
